1. Schedule<\/h3>\n\n

\u2022 Check-in: From 3:00 PM
\u2022 Check-out: Until 10:00 AM
\u2022 Breakfast: From 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n\n

2. Reservations and Rates<\/h3>\n\n

\u2022 To guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of confirmation.
\u2022 Rates include breakfast and the services specified in the reservation.
\u2022 Rates do not include taxes or additional consumption (beverages, extra activities, or transfers).
\u2022 Rates do not apply during special dates or events such as: CADE, APEC, Easter Week (Holy Thursday and Good Friday), National Holidays (July 28 and 29), Christmas (December 24 and 25), and New Year\u2019s (December 31 and January 1). During these dates, a 30% surcharge will apply to the regular rate.<\/p>\n\n

3. Cancellation and Date Change Policy<\/h3>\n\n

\u2022 Cancellations made from the reservation date up to 10 days before arrival: 10% charge of the rate.
\u2022 Cancellations made between 9 and 3 days before arrival: 50% charge of the total reservation amount.
\u2022 Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% charge of the total reservation amount.
\u2022 If a group (feed) checks out before the scheduled departure date, the total amount corresponding to the reserved night(s) will still be charged.
\u2022 The establishment is not responsible for notifying tour operators or travel agencies in the event of an early departure by guests.
\u2022 Date changes will not be accepted with less than 10 days\u2019 notice prior to the original reservation date.
\u2022 All change requests must be submitted in writing via email and are subject to availability.
\u2022 Only one date change is allowed per reservation. Additional changes will not be accepted.
\u2022 In cases of force majeure (medical emergencies, natural disasters, among others), each situation will be evaluated individually. Supporting documentation may be required.
By making a reservation, the guest expressly accepts these conditions.<\/p>\n\n

4. Stay and Services<\/h3>\n\n

\u2022 The use of the facilities is exclusively reserved for guests, restaurant customers, and individuals with scheduled activities.
\u2022 External visitors are not allowed without prior authorization from management.
\u2022 The hotel is smoke-free in rooms and enclosed areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.<\/p>\n\n

5. Children Policy<\/h3>\n\n

\u2022 All children over 4 years old must pay the regular rate.
\u2022 Children under 4 years old will be charged an additional USD 10 breakfast fee.
\u2022 Information regarding the child will be requested at check-in, regardless of age.<\/p>\n\n

6. Pet Friendly Policy<\/h3>\n\n

\u2022 Pets are allowed only with prior coordination with management.
\u2022 An additional fee will apply for stays with pets.
\u2022 Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the facilities or furniture.
\u2022 For safety, pets must remain supervised at all times.<\/p>\n\n

7. Activities and Experiences<\/h3>\n\n

\u2022 All activities (picnics, horseback riding, massages, ceviche or pisco sour classes, Pucar\u00e1 bull painting, among others) have an additional cost and require prior reservation.
\u2022 Activity availability is subject to hotel confirmation.<\/p>\n\n

8. Liability<\/h3>\n\n

\u2022 The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables that have not been declared and\/or deposited for safekeeping.
\u2022 Any damage caused to the facilities or furniture during the stay will be charged to the guest\u2019s account.
\u2022 The hotel is not responsible for interruptions in external services (electricity, internet connection, among others) beyond its control.

Reservations will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours through the same communication channel, indicating status, confirmation code, arrival date, departure date, and payment or reconfirmation deadline.
All confirmations, reconfirmations, cancellations, or any other reservation modifications must be made in writing and receive the corresponding approval; otherwise, they will not be considered valid.
